Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our long-term pursuit and concern. We guarantee that our products are delivered within 45 business days.  The delivery time mentioned does not include order processing time that usually varies from 1 to 3 days. If you have purchased anything on, but didn’t receive it within the guaranteed delivery time, you can get a full refund.

In case of a broken/malfunctioning product upon arrival it is also possible to get a refund or the ordered product will be send over again with the same delivery time as stated below.
Refunds will be applied within a maximum of 5 business days, unfortunately some payment processors will not always refund the transaction fees applied to your transactions of returned products.
Note that is important to first contact our customer service when applying for a refund of your order because your refund has to be approved by our customer service. 

As we mentioned before our client satisfaction is very important to us, therefore one of our main goals is to deliver high quality goods and merchandise to our customers.
If there are any inconveniences you can always contact us by e-mail, contact form, chat or telephone, our customer service will reply as soon as possible with a maximum of 2 business days, our contact options are available 24/7.    

In case you want to return an ordered product from our website the costs of the refund will be for the customer except when;

- The product is broken upon arrival
- The product is not fully functional
- The product is not as stated in the advertisement

The estimated delivery time for orders on is 7-30 business days. Due to the fact that shipping time may vary depending on factors beyond our control, we’ve established a guaranteed period for delivery of 45 days.

Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

You can submit a refund requests within 7 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it either by sending a message through the form on the Contact Us page.
